A few days ago when our neighbour and us talked about coffee (who don’t love coffee?!), he asked us: what coffee do you like?
It took us a few seconds to think about the question, as the answer is not simply ‘long black’ or ‘latte’.
We are open to and excited to try out all types of coffee in terms of their origins, roasting levels, processings and brewing methods, while we do have some preferences and personal favourites.
We like a coffee’s original flavours, the unique acidity levels and body types, and the integrated sensory enjoyment it brings to us. We want to share ‘this coffee’ with other coffee lovers. That’s why most of our single-origin coffee beans are light roasted to maintain their purity and high quality, while some light to medium roast to better fit a certain bean types/lots and extract their most potentials.
Our coffee beans are roasted to brew both espresso and filtered coffee. Different tastes can be enjoyed from the same bean, black or white (why not both!), wherever and whenever you want, in your own coffee pace
