‘Kickstart’ process gives the natural coffees an extra boost. Fresh cherries get a short anaerobic “kick” at the wet mill — just long enough to reshape the sugars before regular natural processing begins.
After drying to the ideal moisture level, the cherries rest for at least 8 weeks to build complexity and intensity. They’re then dry-milled, hand-sorted, cleaned, screened, and colour-sorted before being bagged and prepared for export.
The result: cleaner, sweeter, more vibrant cups from a carefully crafted process.
