Pour-Over Method – For a cleaner, brighter taste

1. Heat water to 90–93°C.
2. Tear open the drip bag and hang it on your cup.
3. Pour 30–40ml hot water to pre-wet the grounds. Let bloom for 30 sec.
4. Slowly pour the remaining water (160–200ml total) in circular motion in 2–3 rounds. Pause 10–15 sec between pours.
5. Brew for 2.5–3 min.
6. Remove the bag and enjoy!

Immersion Method – For a fuller-bodied flavour

1. Heat water to 90–91°C.
2. Place the drip bag in a deep cup so it’s fully submerged.
3. Pour 160–200ml hot water all at once (adjust to taste).
4. Steep for 2–2.5 min.
5. Remove the bag and enjoy!
